Synopsis: The romance story about a man who buys houses and a woman who lives in one of these houses.

Yoo Ja Sung is the CEO of a real estate investment company and magazine company Monthly House who went from rags to riches. He studied during the day, worked in a restaurant in the evenings, as a driver at night, and at construction sites on weekends. By cutting back on sleep, he researched real estate on his own and ended up becoming wealthy with tens of millions of dollars in real estate and a famous person. Yoon Ja believed that houses were the assets that made him rich. But with the purchase of the house where Na Young Won lives, his beliefs change.

An ordinary employee, editor of the lifestyle magazine “House for a Month”, worked in the publication for 10 years. She lived alone in a rented house, this was the only place where she could be herself. After an argument with the new owner of the house, Na Young decided to pursue buying her own home.
Soon, a romance begins between the two main characters.
