Synopsis: Ao Haru Ride follows Futaba Yoshioka, a teenage girl who had her first love in middle school. After moving to a new school, Futaba meets Kou Tanaka, the boy from her past. Despite being reunited, Futaba and Kou find that their feelings are no longer the same, forcing them to confront the consequences of their changing relationship. With the help of their friends, Futaba and Kou must navigate through the struggles that come with growing up and learning to love themselves first.
