  3. I had to watch the ep again. Mrs. Jang discovered her husband was having an affair, she burned down the house and killed an innocent family, a little boy survived (supposedly Kwon Seon Yul), I didn’t understand what year it happened. Eun Soo Yun killed Kwon Man Seok (the man who ran over her son) in 2015. Seol Yul is an older young man when Soo Yun enters prison, he is leading a children’s choir in 2015 or 2016. In the ep 1 we see that Seol Yul wants to run her over or that seems like the scene in the year 2024. I thought he wants to take revenge for the death of his father (Kwon Man Seok) in the same way that she killed him but supposedly his father died in an arson years ago…
    Either his family did not die in that fire and Mrs. Jang was unjustly imprisoned or that child was sent to live with his uncle.
    It may also be a coincidence that they have the same last name.
    The theory is that Kwon Man Seok did not really kill the child by accident but rather it was a request from Congressman Kim who is running for the presidency. It is seen in Seol Yul’s link chart that he is investigating the matter and in the center is Soo Hyun’s photo.
    Soo Hoo cheated on his wife? Or could it be something else? He was investigating Kim and he was fired in 2012?
    Everything converges on Congressman Kim.
    It’s also likely that I misinterpreted both eps.

  4. Okay another gut wrenching episode oof! But I would like to take some things off my head
    1. She can see about the door situation from the lady who was taking a video of her son cycling..? and that lady had a super weird expression on her face!
    2. And the old lady thing is that that kid could be CEW and what if he misunderstands that it’s the FL?
    3. I CAN’T TAKE CHEATING ANYMORE!!! Too many dramas have that recently and it’s horrible I still want to believe that the husband is not a cheater! Hopefully he is not and will come back and support his wife😭

  13. I was sooo happy last episode. This episode was good but shows that the writers have yet to break free from some of these overused drama tropes.

    We probably are gonna get a random affair plot. The terrible husband plot. The betraying bestie plot. An enemy to lovers plot. A older woman/younger man plot. But I’m here for it. This is said to be a thriller, not a melodrama, so I’m curious if that will throw things for a loop.

    The acting so far is phenomenal and even if its unoriginal, the writing can still be good. Plus long haired cha eun woo, not other words needed lol. I will be continuing.

Yup calling her a murderer and paint her as this big monster but not the man that killed her child he was negligent if he had brought the kid in sooner he would be saved but know like a coward he drove off and people acting like he was some innocent victim even the news room upset me with this bull crap

  15. another masterpiece and hearywrenching drama, the casts are doing such great job, the way each character’s way of conveying emotions hits different.
    suho is a good father, family man and he cares about soohyun but ig he’s having a affair which will hurt soohyun when she will got to know. the question is who seonyul actually is? the what is he investigating it’s unclear.

    I WANT CHA EUNWOO IN A MELODRAMA!!
    cha eunwoo here definately did a fan service, a hot mechanic, cutie potato had all of us drooling over him. his beauty and acting skills surprise me everyday

    eunwoo riding a motorcycle is too hot to handle
    seonyul as a spy/agent role, a med student volunteering in prison (?), years later starts working at a junkyard and at the same time is working undercover for politician kimjoon
    they’re making it seem like he is in his villain era, is he really on congressman kimjoo’s team, is he just doing it for money or does he have an ulterior motive??🤔

    who is seonyul visiting there?
    is he really kwon jiwoong’s son who ran over gunwoo since they do have the same last name? or is it something else?? or i saw a burn scar on his face?? is it? what if he”s the one who could really be the child in the fire? and he was in the prison because of hyeonja?
    cuz hyeonja was in prison she took revenge as well but the fore she started cost the lives of innocent people, a 8y/o boy got saved is he? oh god my brain hurts
    kdrama is incomplete without umbrella scenes, but particularly this one will remain in my head and heart forever
    the first real meeting of seonyul and soohyun.
    i’m watching this whole ending scene on loop, it is just so beautiful and emotional, the colors, rain, the cinematography, the closeups and the ost “what a wonderful world” it ends with a big cliffhanger and suspense. i can’t wait for next friday omg

    i can never imagine the pain of a parent or mother after loosing their/her child and i don’t want it. it hurts and kills you everyday. the agony she must be feeling.😭
    suho my man is on a mission, he went back to being an anchor and gone off script having to report about his wife😩
    “she was just a mother who lost her child, but the court calls her a criminal. she had no choice but to do what she did. is there anyone out there who can really judge her?
    but he really risked it all again for her to tell what really happened.

  17. whats the point of having a loving partner or wishing for a loving and caring partner when you’re gonna cast them aside whenever u want??? like, I dun even understand and would never understand the mentality behind letting go of your husband/wife when you’re in trouble and need them the most….what’s the point of these relationships then???? and then u long for them and want them to be there when you’ve sorted everything out….🙄🙄🙄

  19. I wouldn’t call it a coincidence for him to be at every place she is….i think he’s approaching her on purpose and knows about her…..

    he’s either the son of the man whom she killed and that’s y he would kill her or try to kill her the same way she did to his father, or he would kill her on orders from the assemblyman he’s working for….and could him working for that assemblyman be a coincidence as well??? and if he was the same boy who survived the fire, how old is he now??? and could the man who died have such a grown up son??? cz the fire incident happened quite a many years ago…..

  21. I liked seeing the protagonist working in a workshop, they are always as students, teachers, delivery people, police officers, frying chicken, etc. or in a good position wearing a suit like doctors, lawyers or CEOs. LOL

  22. The FL chose a very dramatic role for her comeback. So far I like this drama.
    As expected, her husband was caught cheating….
    I still believe GW’s tablet has some kind of evidence about what happened that day….

Here I was, happy that her husband was spitting facts in the newsroom and trying so hard to get justice, and the next minute…..we have congressman threatening him with what is most likely a clip of his mistress leaving the house and leaving the door open. Someone guessed it last episode. You’re so smart. Lol.

    I knew there was gonna be a twist when Kim Kangwoo plays a seemingly good person…But is he really switching sides? Or is he faking it for now to gain the congressman’s trust and find more evidence to take down the congressman? I also wonder if Soohyun’s next revenge will be on him when she finds out whatever it was in that clip. I feel that inmate 0826’s case was another foreshadow. I was worried about her only friend in prison getting killed or something, but damn. T^T

    They also made it seem like Cha Eunwoo’s character is that sole survivor. But if he is, how can he also be the son of Gunwoo’s killer? Which one is he? Or could it be both? Maybe the other two deceased in the fire weren’t his parents, but his mother and sibling. And then his father remarried. Lol. That would also explain why he’s working for the congressman. But could he be faking it to gain trust as well? I feel that the only person we can trust in this drama is no one but Soohyun. Hahaha

  25. Why do i feel like the husband was cheating on her and that day she returned unexpected which lead to his mistress running off through their house back door… Since she was in a rush she forgot to lock the door and that’s how the child got out 😭😭

  26. Kdrama without umbrella scene is not kdrama at all. The congressman is behind the son’s accident. I wonder if it’s the video of his son being kidnapped or the husband’s mistress leaving the house is used to blackmail him now.
    But his son being kidnapped doesn’t make sense since no ransom was involved. The latter would definitely be devastating to soo Hyun as not only her husband is having affair but she also lost her son because of this situation.
