  2. A happy ending…but AT WHAT COST!? I’M GOING TO MISS MY TWO CUTIES! Drama aside, I would definitely like to see them both in other dramas, movies etc, even in other roles. Amazing actors!

  4. Nomura Kota did such a fantastic job playing Kai. Every second he was on screen, Kai felt so real and like a truly well-rounded character. There is depth to his mannerisms and speech patterns that really bring the character to life. Kai is very quiet and stoic, which makes him challenging to play and still have his inner thoughts and emotions come through to the audience, but Nomura Kota really nailed it. Kudos to this wonderful actor🎉🎉

  5. With a Perfect Proposal, the story of Hiro and Kai has come to an end.

    Seeing Kai ’s tears made me happy as they were long overdue. He needed to let it all out for him to breath. Seeing his expressions before that burst out scene was unbearable cz he looked like he’d been holding his breath for so long.

    Finally, Hiro left that awful job. The glow he had in the span of a night was evident (though it might’ve been for something else *cough cough*)

  6. I loved it but was so short. I’m sad now. I finished watching this and Ossan’s Love. Two of my favorite Japanese BLs that I religiously watched every weekend. What am I gonna do now…time to look for a new series.

    🫶 I love the life of a domesticated couple. Hiro lets Kai take care of their meal from their makeshift patio garden.

    Kai has a way of teasing Hiro, but Hiro would not let it slide instead he gets Kai in a headlock/neck-choke. 😆

    All is well that ends well. I was scared that they will cut ties at first bur hey hoo, our boys’ confession to each other is definitely perfect proposal

  18. 😭❤️ when Kai was leaving i was a mess and shouting at Hiro to run after him.. luckily Hiro woke up from his stupor and ran after his man. I loved that he quit his job.. its their loss.. they forced 2-3 good employees out with their bs.. Hiro will find bigger and better opportunities in the future.

  19. the first half of the episode had me sobbing and the last half had me smiling like a fool lol
    the pacing was just right. the chemistry between kai and hiro was so good. the way they find comfort in each other is all what matters.
    hiro finally realising that he can not live without kai, he would always search for him no matter what and not running away from his feelings but running to kai to find him i’m so happy that he’s finally letting himself feel everything and admit it out loud!

    hiro finally realizing that he has been so belittled and traumatized by his boss is so heartbreaking, he was so exhausted and felt guilty about not being able to produce quality work who can be productive after almost working 18 hours in one day that’s torture to yourself anyways i’m glad that hiro submitted the resignation letter

    loved the final scenes and it ended so fast now i’m craving more of them
    perfect confession don’t exists duh here we go….
    hiro – “i want you, i’ll give you the remaining years of my life.”
    kai – “i want you too, it feels like a proposal.”
    hiro – “it is.”
    the confession omg and thank god it wasn’t a dead fish kiss that kiss scene was passionate had me drolling over them, smiling and blushing, their chemistry was chemistrying.

    so finally a happy happy ending, they decided to stay together and flowers nah, pets nah, kai planting veggies for hiro at home so that he can cook food for him and make him healthier
