    1. the squid game followed its plot of winning games to get the money. ofc its simple, because the idea is to take Korean children games. the games had to be simple because, it was derived from a children’s game, if the games to to be too complicated then it wouldn’t be a children game at all. furthermore, a plot twist is not needed to make a better movie. a plot twist is an option concept of the movie. in line with the squid game ending, there was indeed an ending to the plot. the old name named ill nam, was later one shown to be the creator of the movie, it was not a major twist but it was a twist nonetheless. before you make such comments about a show, understand why the story is why the story is and why the chosen elements were chosen and used that way. don’t compare Korean to Japanese. these are 2 different cultures

  1. Tbh ‘squid game’ games were too simple. And there was literally no plot twist. I like alice on borderland more for its better making.

  2. Both squid games and Alice in borderland has its own storyline and is derived from different cultures and its not at all fair to compare these dramas nonetheless and I’ll be honest, squid games has more of the “reality-check” than this one…
