Synopsis:  A condition called the “Hiruko Syndrome” makes people’s bodies age rapidly, so that they die in about a week. Two men work as “Hiruko Switches,” targeting the cured patients whose bodies change abnormally. They venture into their bodies and probe their human lives. They try to find out the cause of the Hiruko Syndrome. The man with a youthful face, Lee Kyu Hyung, is a genius who has an IQ of 180. He is a criminal investigator who uses his high sense of intuition to solve cases. The young man with the dark skin, Kang Ki Beom, had the disease of the Hiruko Syndrome. He is a professional killer, who now works as a Hiruko Switch to save people who still have the disease. To save the people who are threatened by the disease, the two men become Hiruko Switches.
