Mekong (2023)

Other name: แม่โขง / Mae Khong

Synopsis: Dave Shaun, a former soldier in the Vietnam war, is now the construction site manager for a Thai-American company building a bridge across the Mekong River connecting Thailand and Laos. Kimberly Baker, a professor researching the Phuri tribe, an ancient people living along the Mekong, also joins the project. Dave and Kimberly discover that the Phuri are searching for five of their own, who were lost in the Vietnam war. With the help of the great Naga said to be protecting the land, the two embark on an historical adventure to try and find the lost soldiers.
