Synopsis: Once successful Totei University Hospital is now in a financial crisis by running into a huge deficit. Vulture a.k.a Nicholas Tange is an investor who declares his interest to fund the ailing hospital subject to the management agreeing to his restructure plan to cut costs and size-down the organisation. He brings in the talented Michiko Daimon to work at the Hospital.
