To me, Ryo is sacrificing his happiness for Hakiru’s sake, to see and make him happy by going on that double date😔 Chika is just wanting to spend time with Ryo at any cost, since he was disappearing altogether from the group to avoid seeing Hakiru/Minami bonding😔 But also, sometimes seeing the person you love, happy with someone else (that’s also a decent person) is better than seeing them miserable and alone too (like herself and Ryo). Even if it hurts like h ell😭 If that’s the case here, there’s a lot of maturity hidden underneath all that🙏 Like I said previously, I’m also still hoping Chika is secretly helping our MLs get together in the end and this “square”/ “double” date was part of her plan🙏😅 To me, Chika doesn’t seem to have a spiteful spirit and/or vindictive side so far. Minami didn’t get much screentime this ep and maybe the writers are telling us something with that?🤔

  3. I see there’s a little bit of a detachment going on here. This BL story is drifting further away from BL and moving dangerously close to.., oh dear Heavens.., I can’t even say it.., hetero! That just left a bad taste in my mouth, lmao! I’m feeling really sad for Ryo/Hikaru and Chika. Ryo/Chika and their unrequited love and clueless Hikaru stuck in the middle. They all seemingly want to move forward, but obviously don’t know how.., maybe a little honesty can help. We’ll see. Happy Friday/Weekend! g’nite world….

  5. Aww, poor Ryo. From the looks of it, there isn’t anything being done to make the one-sided crush mutual. I could even believe if they would end it with both Ryo and Chika keeping their feelings to themselves 🤷.

  7. I completely empathize with Ryo . Seeing your best friend/crush gradually change and start dating while watching by the sidelines sucks. This episode hit a bit too close for me 🥲. I feel for Chika too. Seeing the preview for next week idk if I’ll be able to endure another ep of this 😮‍💨. Tbh I wouldn’t be surprised if Minami actually ends up with Hikaru in the end, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that doesn’t happen tho 🤞🏾.
