1. Honestly I think Ming should date Tong, they are a match made in heaven – oh I mean in hell! Joe deserves a better man. Someone who actually loves him for him not to be someone else’s replacement just because they have “the same back” or they share the same name !!!

   The photoshoot, Ming and Joe looked so good, OMG!!!!!!!!!!
   Idk who casted this guy as Ming, I mean his innocent face is killing me, Joe looked so manly I wanna spend all my life savings ($10) on him!

3. I wish they stuck to the monk rather than a fortune teller. And they changed that connection to his father?? Wth? It was supposed to be MingSu’s master. Yan MingSu is Ming’s older brother. P’Mike is probably MingSu. They’re taking the character set-up of MingSu and distributing it to other characters.

   1st, they changed May into a supportive and loving sister (which takes away the character set-up of MingSu in which he’s the only one who cared to support Ming acter Joe’s accident when everyone in the family are turning a blind eye that Ming is suffering due to a death of a male “lover” and he’s the only one who accepted Ming for being gay). 2nd, as I’ve mentioned the monk (in the LA is a fortune teller). The monk would show the supernatural events that Joe went through and the connection between Joe and Ming which involves fate and karma.  Changing it into a fortune teller kinda makes it shallow. Besides it is an opportunity for them to show their culture. I really don’t get why they had to change that. 3rd, MingSu having a monk as a master would show that he is not the type of wealthy person whose life only revolves around money and that he is someone who values the teachings of his master. If P’Mike is MingSu, then I’m disappointed. They robbed the novel MingSu.

   There are probably those that are frustrated that Joe still have some feelings for Ming. You should remember that for Joe it’s only been a few months and besides he gave Ming his whole heart, him loving Ming wouldn’t disappear in a snap no matter how hurt he was. I liked how Poom showed Joe’s feelings, you can really see it his eyes softening while watching Ming but then the moment he heard how Ming would only smile when he’s acting in that snake’s movies, you can see how it made his walls higher and stronger.

   I don’t get why Joe was looking aimlessly around his house. Ming left it EXACTLY how it was 2 years ago.

   Why does Jim have lots of screentime? His character in the novel is just like a named extra. A personal assistant who’s just trying to make a living by doing his job properly. It doesn’t have any important details that could affect the story. But he’s being highlighted so much with all the micro expressions that it makes me nervous.

   I’m really happy Joe is enjoying his mother’s love. Protect Chen Ying at all cost (I still can’t remember her name in the LA, was it mentioned in ep1?). The pressure Joe is going through. It’s like there is a invisible hands pushing and pulling strings to make Joe’s 2nd life overlap with his 1st life. Who’s a stand-in of who?

   An episode without that snake’s face 🎉🎉 hooray!

   Did they really need to beat up that sweet mom?? Tearing up her place was already too much. gosh.
   There really is something wrong with the world, when you have to go to a loan shark for medical bills. smh

   uhhh, Wut just said ‘his good boy Joe was fired by Tong’ but Wut KNOWS he fell off a cliff and has not been found. is he hiding this fact?

   We will just ASSUME that the stunts were all discussed, and planned out BEFORE Joe was tied to the chair. goodness.

   Why does Wut even HAVE Joe’s bank book? is he spending/accessing it?

   OH? Jim is a total cutie pie.

   ahahaha….the plot thickens. Ming has been told that his Joe is neither alive, nor dead. No WONDER he’s been hanging out and waiting.

   NOPE. WHO has Tong had standing in for him for the last TWO years??? Why’s he suddenly need a new stand-in????

   Aww, heartbreaking that one of the twins didn’t survive. But as she was pg 2 yrs ago, forward 9 months to birth, then 15 more months to Joe’s return, this baby HAS to be about 15ish months old. Not an infant (as those cries sounded like). TIMELINES
   You’d think Joe would just TELL Wut at this point. (UNLESS, Joe is a baddie in hiding)
   ok, seems like Wut just doesn’t talk about Joe’s accident. I wish he WOULD tell Wut who he really is.
   Saying that Ming MADE Joe die, isn’t really fair.

   Gosh Poom really is GORGEOUS! like in any scene, any outfit, any anything…. goodness.
   Stylized Up is freaking hot too. See thru lace? YES PLEASE>
   HOLY HECK those freaking expressions during the shoot, grabbin all up on Joe. Poor Joe, his heart must have been racing a 100 mpm!
   Not like he’s had 2 years of respite, or ability to ‘get over’ Ming. He still has all those feelings, but he should ALSO have all the caution, hurt, and very clear memories of just how much Ming hurt him.
   But, love clouds are eyes and our brains. sigh

   UGH! NOT THE SAME RESTAURANT!

   I hate how dismissive Ming was to Joe. smh

Elegantly demure in a beret and a sex god beast in a black tank top, putting my already mush mind in a trance.., my wild kinky imagination is now singing to his soul.., ə-ˈhem.., I want to French kiss you in Paris, hold your hand in Rome, run naked in a rainstorm and make sweet love to you in a train.., cross-country. lol.. 12. I really dislike Ming. I can’t stand Tong. I have some reservations about Sol and honestly I have serious doubts about this secretary Jim.🤨 Poor Joe, even in this “new” life his existence feels like nothing but and endless cycle of BS. It seems he is fated to be a stand-in not only in action movies, but also for a sweet woman as her beloved son, ironically as a stand-in of no one but himself, since people can’t get used to that he has the same name as the previous Joe they knew. Ming reminding him of that… And worse of all, – as the next episode preview tell, – he will find himself working as Tong’s stand-in once again…

    Oh I just hope this time around this will be a a great opportunity to witness Tong’s downfall. May it happen ASAP 💅 Let Joe get some neat front seat to see that while he also makes Ming suffer with the realization of how he had been enamored with liar and mere fantasies.

    Deep down I think Ming is figuring little by little, but he is blind, too proud, and stubborn to even admit it. To admit he shares a deep connection with Joe. Because he is adamant that his crush was on Tong all along. 🙄 (Maybe a slap would wake him to reality, or not.) He is the sole one to recognize his presence without needing Joe to utter a word. Sol doesn’t feel it. P’Wut is becoming suspicious because of Joe careless slips of his past self knowledge. Ming however, feels something off about this new Joe, and is rubbing off on him, that someone is reminding him of the Joe he hasn’t gave up on searching and waiting for. Maybe he feels like this new Joe is taking the old Joe’s place, and he doesn’t like it. Weird way for him to show his feelings, but I guess living in the environment he probably did shaped him to be the lil’ bish he is with a snarky personality to match. He has no filters, hardly realizes how words can cut deeper than blades. Crazy how even after 2 years he still hasn’t learned that or has learned to appreciate what and whom he has, or well, had.

    Ngl, for me he could wait his whole life… for a second chance with Joe.

    but if that means he gets to live in Joe’s home rent free…

    Nah huh CAN’T HAVE THAT. 🤨 GET THE F OUT and get a new house.

    Ming should start considering his need to grovel for that chance with this new Joe. And Joe better make his life hard and not fall easy into any emotional craps or lingering feelings he might have…. So what if Ming made a Kintsugi of the cups? He still keeps them stored in a box and not on display. As if it’s part of the past, carefully hidden away in a box, like an old memory. So what if he has been staying at Joe’s loft all this time? Keeping the lights on every single night and cooking ramen for two. Keeping the empty promise he made 2 years ago doesn’t mean anything when he is still this impatient and still hasn’t learn how to value everything. 🙄 He isn’t thinking of Joe, Joe’s feelings or safety either, but on his own selfish motives alone. He made Joe become his anchor, his safe space even in the past and is void now that he has lost it. Newsflash: Joe is a person and not a toy or possession. And he can’t lose something or in this case someone he never had. The most tragic thing in all of this is Joe still harboring some feelings for Ming, despite the latter having been one of the culprits for ruining his previous life and hardworking career.

    Ming looked really cool dressing in black during that Ad shooting. But Joe, you should stop looking 😍 at him. Control yourself.

    I didn’t expect Ming to glue the broken cups together. But what he had done to Joe was still unforgivable for now. Let us see what he would do in future to redeem himself.

    SPOILER… Here we go again with another loan shark in one of these series😏 At least Joe didn’t try to get another great payday (and fame) by an unlicensed production team this time. I love that Joe can feel what it’s like to have a loving mom who cares for him (again) even if it’s not his biological mom😌

    This Joe seems less naïve on the surface but deep down he’s still affected by Ming’s presence, and it was painfully obvious, not just at that stunt shoot🙈 This Joe is both blessed and cursed to be able to relive his old life. It’s traumatizing and dangerous, but it also gives him the chance for revenge. But to me, he doesn’t seem completely ready for battle😬

    Old Joe coming unprepared to his new world is a huge prob. If he isn’t careful, he’s going to end up dead again bc Wut, Ming and pretty much anyone in contact with him thinks he eerily resembles and acts like original Joe🫣 Joe needs to keep his mouth shut – about the old bank account, the twins, breaking into someone’s house, etc. Like who would tell that last one to someone, lol

    Did Joe really think he’d be doing a modelling shoot with Ming for only one time?😏 He should know Ming enough to know that he wouldn’t be able to escape him that easily. So far, I get the feeling that Joe just wants to help “his” mom out of debt and not planning revenge (yet). Btw I can’t tell you how happy I was NOT to see Tong’s face this ep. Such a welcomed relief! ❤️🙌😭

    Now this line tells me everything I need to know about Ming and Joe should WAKE UP!!!– Ming is still a sucker for Tong and madly infatuated with Tong NOT him. Btw the way the woman looked in the back is me, lol Anyways, so Joe better stop all the wavering feelings while looking at those couple mugs before Sol arrived. Don’t get played twice!🤡 Smh

    Sweet Joe, as long as you do this you’ll be fine, But ooops, the last scene happened. I can’t wait to see how Joe gets out of that very sticky situation during that last scene next wk😓

23. It can’t be helped. He was an orphan in his former life. This time he has a mother who can’t bear to lose him and had accumulated debt keeping him hospitalized. As he is the same Joe who was generous and always took care of everyone (his underlings and Sol), Joe can’t allow his mother to suffer because of financial debt. Thus, he falls back into the kind of life he tried to avoid.

    Though this time he turned down being a stand-in for Tong, he could not escape Ming’s grasp. Could Joe still have lingering feelings for Ming?

    Joe don’t swayed by the glued mugs. Remember why they were broken.

    Anyone puzzles how Ming was able to glue the mugs unless he found the shards in the trash? They were broken when he was drunk. Ming woke up the following morning seeing Joe already sat at the dining table.

27. They moving along but they need to get on with it they got about 80 chapters left they got to squeeze into eps 5-12.

    They’ll get to the part where Joe’s mom is sick next week. I wonder if in the same ep they’ll have Joe make that agreement with Ming for the money for his mom’s treatment.
    Ming in the book Ming will be using new Joe as a stand in for old Joe 🤦🏼‍♀️
    Joe is his own stand in.. I had to laugh at the when I read it in the book.
    Actually in the book the mom was working my last nerve.

28. Joe, it wasn’t a coincidence that Ming was there (as he’s been there for longer than that).
    But definitely was a coincidence that Sol was.

    Also the contrast between Ming noticing Joe 2.0 (well our Joe but with the new face) and Sol just bypassing him like he’s just a stranger.

    I love Joe and his new mom. He knows how much she sacrificed on her son’s behalf and since he can’t be here, Joe will (on behalf of him) be a good son to her. He can’t explain that he’s not her Joe but this is the best he can do.

    I know Wut blames Ming for Joe’s death. Obviously he knows it’s not directly him because it all has to do with the incompetence regarding the equipment that was used but I get his sentiments.

    I don’t know if it was deliberate but I kinda like Joe making Ming get annoyed with him during that ‘dinner’ or whatever. Joe, you just kind turned into a substitute for yourself. It’s like:

    “Don’t flatter yourself. You’re just a stand in.” (paraphrasing)
    “People only like you because of that name” (paraphrasing).
