Synopsis: Dr. Fujimaki Tatsuomi, a pathologist at Meikyo Medical University Hospital, finds himself at the center of a chilling discovery. An unknown killer bacteria, ominously named “Gift,” infiltrates the body, causing death without leaving a trace. As Fujimaki unravels the mystery after a suspicious patient’s demise, he realizes the lethal potential of this elusive bacteria, making it the perfect weapon for murder.

Amidst his personal struggles, including a strained relationship with his wife Maho, a former nurse, Fujimaki’s life takes a drastic turn. Motivated by the quest to find a cure for Maho’s heart disease, he becomes entangled in a complex conspiracy surrounding the deadly “Gift.”
