   ☑️ Addicted Heroin, Episode 3
   Finally, released with English subbed 💕

   So, from the preview for the next episode, it will reveal that they were stepbrothers…

2. (I am gonna get a lot of hate for this but I am gonna do it anyway cause what’s a day for me to go without any discussion. lol 😉)
   yup i am gonna compare the two on going dramas which are based on the same theme: Step brothers to lovers. (I am gonna put this on both drama’s comment section and its gonna be pretty “me” biased, “Me” biased as in “my preference”)
   If you don’t know which the other one is, I am talking about “Addicted Heroin” and “The on1y one”.
   And to sum up what I am gonna say, I am more biased towards “The on1y one”. And here is why: (People at addicted might wonder why I am putting this here, but its because this drama is more popular and I want people to watch the other one when they are watching this anyway. I am promoting.)
   Both have the same concept, their parents remarried are now step brothers and there is gonna be love line between them.
   But the parents in the only one are far better than the parents of addicted. they don’t make me want to slap them on sight for bad parenting but make me want wish them to be able to live together happily.
   The storyline of the only one is better, by far, to the addicted one. It may be due to the so “thai” adaptation of the novel but its execution is lacking in so many things. the forced comedy is specially the thing that makes me wanna pull my hair.
   the characters in addicted are not to my liking. one is too pushy when the other barely reciprocates. but in only one, they are both genuinely fond of each other. both want to know the other one and both try for it.
   And the main important difference is, “the only one” is “coming of age” drama about youth and teenagers. Its about finding passion, loved interest, first love, finding the only one and a little about family. But about “addicted”, I am not very sure. It seems to mainly focus on family drama, but tries to mix suspense and other aspect making it so messy, & so very “thai”.
   (I used to like thai dramas bro, especially bl series i used to watch were all thai, I don’t know just how the quality of those drama declined over the period. I still re watch sotus (which contains very little romance) and tharntype and others. they just had some uniqueness and a different lovely flavor. These days thai dramas started lacking that)

   It doesn’t mean the only one isn’t lacking as compared to addicted. The camera work and the makeup of the main characters is so terrible in the only one. whenever a camera focuses on their faces, the over makeup which is clearly not done properly starts to show. I hate it cause I am very conscious to it.

   So as in all, I love the plot and direction of my on1y one and the another advantage is its 2 episodes per week.
   addicted has been used and reused a lot, that I have no interest left honestly. But I am watching it anyway, cause I wanna see if this reaches full potential of addicted.

It’s sad how hero,s first love is so controlling not only is she a jealous type but the way she tried to gaslight him after she tried to make a fool out of him is crazy, with her ugly a$$ it was so obvious he was with her because he thought her obsession to be caring lol, since he desperately needed someone to care for him, with the few minutes she was on the screen I felt like dragging her out🙄

5. As the story progresses, this series is definitely a Thai production. I only see these kinds of eye, hand or body contact that turn into slowmantic gaze in Thai romance lakorn or bl series. Hero and Pop are so into the stare contest that they were not aware that their teacher walked in. The teacher was equally out of sorts and could not see that the boys were into each other.

   😆 Pop is so cute when he’s amused seeing Hero gets scolded and beaten 💥 by the teacher.

   Again another catch me I’m fallin romantic moment realization. 🙄 This is so Thai.

   Hero is so thoughtful. He bought the chicken curry filling moon cake as he remembered in their conversation. Hero is a romantic guy, just dump his girlfriend and returned with a gift for his idol. 😍 😆

   FYI: I watched this on YouTube before this one. There are differences. YouTube is a cut version. The one uploaded here is uncut.

Not to compare anyone but the characters are so weak compared to the old addicted,I feel they should have put in more efforts in the cast to potray the characters well,am I going to watch till the end? Oh yes,because I never say no to bl.i feel personally the cast of only one the series would have done a better job for this addicted series…just me thinking out loud!!!
