Synopsis: The drama “Cat Hire House” follows the story of Zhang Qiao Er, the proprietor of a cat hire shop in the Southern Song Dynasty city of Lin’an. Her knowledge of cat-training techniques has made her shop a popular choice for families in need of feline assistance.

However, when Zhang Qiao Er becomes involved in a major case in the city, she crosses paths with Ma Qing Shan, an honest junior constable. As the plot thickens, Zhang Qiao Er’s true identity as the infamous “Cat Burglar” is revealed, and Ma Qing Shan’s pursuit of her takes on a new meaning.

Amidst their game of cat and mouse, the two develop feelings for each other and eventually team up to uncover the mastermind behind the case, protecting the city of Lin’an.
