Synopsis: Kishibe Midori, a 25-year-old woman, is transferred to the editing department of a dictionary at a large publishing company after the cancellation of the fashion magazine she was working in. Initially, Midori is overwhelmed by the unfamiliarity and eccentricity of her colleagues, including the head of the editorial department, Majime Mitsuya. As she gradually gets used to her new workplace, she finds beauty in the words she works with and pride in herself for her work. She is inspired by the passion and persistence of her fellow colleagues who have worked on the same dictionary for over a decade.
