☑️ Happy of the End, Episodes 1-4
    #HaorenChihiro

Addicted Heroin, episode 5 was already available at kisskh*co but no English subtitles… Maybe like 2 weeks ago, it was subbed after 2 days… Last week episode was immediately released with subbed…

  2. In this episode we focus on Haoren’s past, I feel so bad for him, no one deserves that.
I hope that these 2 have a happy ending, they both deserve it!

  3. Who’s more pitiful? Chihiro? Haoren? I thought Chihiro had it bad with his ex revisiting him but glad that he freed himself from those lingering feelings. Chihiro could genuinely smile again.

However, it’s time we look into Haoren’s darkness. I’ve not read the manga, but this series shows all the harsh reality we don’t want to see or think about exposed.

I’m happy that Haoren got out of Maya’s clutch. But now, he’s hiding and his mother…😭 Things have not gotten better for him. Chihiro is the only person he’s safe around.

The preview is not pleasant either. But it’s the aftermath of the shocking realization of his mother’s death.

H.O.T.E. is good but I could not say it’s enjoyable like I have with the other J-BLs.

  4. Frog guy needs to fuk off nd die. He gave not one shiet about Haroen‘s life as long as he made a quick buck. Haroen‘s life is soo tragic he had no choice in how he grew up.. he was discarded, used, abandoned, pimped out as a child.. he couldve ended up much worse.. dead even as we saw today.

nd im sorry to say this but Chichiro wat the f..

I get Chichiro was kicked out by his family (I assume
Because he is gay) but my guy just makes bad choices upon bad choices. It’s obvious he lacks nd craves love from someones.. anyone.. nd I get his ex fked him over ….but for that to be sole reason he is out here behaving the way he does 😩 my guy does not love himself AT ALL

  5. Why do I put myself through this again!? Watching a dark BL with child abuse and all sorts of violence… It’s painful, it’s really painful to watch.
P.S. At first I was like, such a dark and heavy aura has this Haoren around himself, now I understand why.

  6. This episode was profoundly disturbing and exposes a harsh reality for many, which only makes it more unsettling. The flashbacks featuring Haoren/Keito/Hayto were particularly haunting and left me feeling nauseous. Despite my attempts to push through, driven by a masochistic (for lack of a better word) hope that the show might improve (since previous episodes were less distressing and I have a soft spot for JBLs), I was gravely mistaken. The ‘moving sex toy’ from the last episode marked the start of an increasingly dark and unsettling trajectory. I’m also deeply disturbed by the juvenile ST and little Hao looking from the outside. I’m finding it incredibly difficult to continue watching; the show’s descent into darkness is taking a significant toll on my mental health.
I’m definitely not cut out for these dark and heavy shows. My emotional resilience is more like a paper umbrella in a hurricane.

  7. I thought that ep. 3 was rough…

This is the first time that when a show is airing, i have read the whole manga. I did that a couple of days ago, cause i could not wait. The manga is very good, but disturbing.

What stands out in this show is that it really captures the manga well. Nothing is being fluffed up. In fact, I find this episode even more difficult than the manga, cause the scenes are so dark. I must applaud the young actor but allso the adult actors to be able to portray this, cause this is difficult.

Also, the often vulgar language from the manga had been kept. And that is a good thing. I had not thought the production team would be able to portray the manga so good and realistic as they have done now.

I cried during this episode several times and I know next week will not be different.

  8. This series is so heavy, dark and so heartbreaking. The story of the two of them touches me so deeply. What Haoren has had to experience and endure since early childhood.
The terrible experiences with the “mother’s” boyfriend… life on the street… selling his body to really abnormally disturbed people… looking for a kind of “security” in injured and battered people… I was particularly shocked by the scene when Haoren was so tortured by a regular customer (hit and cut) that he was really close to death. When the pimp was about to send him back to the same customer – who probably asked if he could torture Haoren to death this time – Haoren’s own self as a small child appeared to him. His childlike self reached out to him to free him from this situation.
This scene was so painful that it really has a long lasting effect and you will think about it for a long time.
What do some people have to endure. I hope that the two of them support each other and at least find some happiness…
    A really impressive series…

  9. I also loved how the ‘child in him’ rescued Haoren….when they both understood that this is it…its either find the courage to run and live, or perish as a miserable trash…it was so brave that they didn’t give up….it was so beautiful that they chose to live, even with all that shit they they went through 🙂

  10. This is beyond heartbreaking….and yet hauntingly beautiful…

That Haoren has hope and wants to protect (and love?) Chihiro after having endured such unimaginable trauma, gives me goosebumps…and yes, I was crying through most of this episode and part of the earlier one too…..that empty, defeated look on Haoren’s face – as a child, then a teenager and even as an adult….it’s just kills me

I am so invested in this now…..I want to know more about them, I want to have hope that they will both find love, care and a safe space, at least in each other….even if that comes via somewhat damaged ways, heartbreakingly damaged as they both are….I want to see them feel safe and loved….

This show goes to the top three of my current favourite list right away

  11. Wow Haoren’s backstory is so heart wrenching he had to go through such terrible life experiences for a majority of his life 😭😭😭😭 I’m happy that Kaji found him again!!!! Idk how this situation with his mom is gonna affect him now and who is the culprit??!🤔

  12. “I always watch from the outside.” The episodes just progressively get heavier and heavier with every new revelation of their past/upbringing. They both are so pitiful and broken. What Haeoren had to go through as a child was painful and disturbing to watch, I had to pause and take a breath; it gives context to why he acted the way he did towards Chihiro last episode (though still abusive and wrong).

“Stop looking at me. Don’t look at me like that.” His empty, soulless eyes watching from the outside. The little boy finally reached his hand out to save his older self from this living hell; to give him a chance to maybe seek an average life one last time…..All he wanted was for his mom to protect him. All they both wanted was a normal life; to be loved and wanted by someone just enough. 🥺

  13. All I can manage to say right now is that this is beyond dark and disturbing… Haroen abandoned and treated like discarded trash. He’s so damaged. Both these MLs are so damaged. All they wanted was to be genuinely loved and cared for. And, especially by his mother for Haroen. The meaning of his name too, so tragically symbolic…😭

That haunting backstory… “I always watch from the outside”

This is so overwhelmingly deep for me😭😭😭
